Coaching in practice
You’ll find here a general outline on how a coaching process would usually be developed, although there is no unique way. Each process is individual and tailored according to the objective in which you want to work, the time you have for the process and your commitment.
- A coaching process lasts an average of 5 to 10 sessions,
- The process and the objective of your request is specified during the first session,
- Each coaching session has an average duration of one hour and will be planned once a week, or differently depending on your needs,
- Face-to-face sessions are currently on hold due to the Covid-19 situation,
- Online sessions are organized by Skype®.
Really, the only thing you need for your coaching process is your desire and commitment to move forward and build your own life.
